17U Raptors

The 17U Charleston Raptors represent the final stage of our player development pathway. This team is composed primarily of rising seniors and elite juniors competing against top national and regional competition while preparing for the transition to college basketball. The focus at the 17U level is exposure, high-level competition, and refinement of advanced skills. Players compete in premier events while continuing to develop the habits and discipline required to succeed at the next level. Many Raptors alumni from this age group have gone on to play college basketball across the country, including players who have reached the professional ranks.

16U Raptors

The 16U Charleston Raptors team is designed for players entering a critical stage of development as they prepare for the recruiting process. At this level, players compete in highly competitive regional and national events while continuing to build their skill set and basketball IQ. The emphasis for 16U players is skill development, decision making, and learning to compete consistently against elite talent. This year serves as an important bridge between foundational development and the exposure opportunities that come at the 17U level. Raptors players at this age group are challenged daily to elevate their game, preparing them to become leaders and impact players as they move into the program’s top team.

15U Raptors

The 15U Charleston Raptors serve as the foundation of the high school program. This team focuses heavily on individual skill development, competitive habits, and learning the Raptors style of play. Players at the 15U level are introduced to the expectations and standards that have defined the program for years—discipline, teamwork, and a commitment to improvement. The goal is to prepare athletes for the increased competition and responsibility they will face as they progress through the program and eventually compete at the highest levels of grassroots basketball.
